Everyone has the right to deal with their own situation. I don’t think the players are motivated. Instead, the problem may be that there are too many games and too long seasons. When a season accumulates, fatigue and stress can get very heavy. But now we seem to be moving in that direction, and although people keep saying that there are too many games, the situation has not improved, but it’s getting worse.”
Is the reduction in talent for players and teams a cultural issue or is it just a bad luck?
“I don’t think either, but is in the middle. We need to look at other football associations that do well and dig into the way they work. Only then can we start over.”
