Sky Sports: Sunderland accepts Dortmund’s offer to Bellingham Jr., with a total price of 38 million euros

1BSPORTS 1B Sports June 9th Sky Sports reported that Sunderland has accepted Dortmund’s offer to Bellingham Jr.

Bellingham Jr.’s transfer fee is about 33 million euros, plus 5 million euros floating, which will break Sunderland’s team record for selling players, and Sunderland will also receive a 15% share of future transfer fees.

No matter the additional terms, Job Bellingham will be ranked second in Dortmund’s history to sign up for the second place, and his brother has played for this Bundesliga team for three seasons. Job, 19, played 45 Championship games for Sunderland last season, contributing 7 goals and 1 assist, helping Black Cats return to the Premier League after eight years through the play-off final.

Similar to his brother’s experience, Job came from the Birmingham youth training system. He played for two years after completing his first team debut at the age of 16, and transferred to Sunderland in the summer window of 2023.
