1BSPORTS 1B Sports June 9th News Recently, the Assay talked about Osmain’s transfer storm. They said that Osmain suspended negotiations with Riyadh Crescent because he wanted to continue playing football in Europe.
Osmaine’s transfer storm has lasted for a year and seems to be delayed for a few more weeks. Over the past few months, he has negotiated with Riyadh Crescent and has received one of the highest salaries in football history (net income of €35 million per year). However, just as Saudi Arabia approached to meeting Naples’ 75 million euro termination fee requirement, the Nigerian striker paused negotiations again.
Osmain rejected Chelsea’s invitation a year ago because the Blues offered an annual salary of about 9 million euros, down from his 11 million euros in Naples. At the time, his first choice was to join the Saudi league, but his loan experience at Galatasaray over the past year seemed to have changed his perspective on the future.
Now, Osmeen is more inclined to stay in top European clubs or continue playing in Türkiye, scoring 37 goals for Galatasaray this season. This option is not impossible, as Naples said that Galatasaray is indeed likely to pay a 75 million euro termination fee and provide players with a net annual salary of about 10 million euros.
Another potential next player is Juventus, but they face huge obstacles: DeLaurentis is unwilling to strengthen his direct competitors, and the termination clause in the player contract is invalid for Serie A team.
So, it is unlikely that Osmeon will wear Juventus’s jersey. Meanwhile, Galatasaray is once again a hot choice and has started to get in touch again. The transfer situation changed again when everyone thought he was about to join Riyadh Crescent and complete his medical examination.
