On the afternoon of June 12, the first team of Henan Club held an internal management meeting at the Zhongmu Football Training Base. All members of the first team, including sports director Bella, and relevant club staff attended.

Sports Director Bella emphasized at the meeting that all members of the first team must deeply understand the core values โ€‹โ€‹of Henan Football Club, including the five core elements of integrity, respect, dedication, responsibility and collaboration. The team must strictly abide by the relevant attendance and leave request systems in accordance with the formulated discipline and management regulations, and strengthen the management of inner and outer accommodations, media and social management, market and business management, etc. from top to bottom. Subsequently, all first-team personnel and relevant staff signed and confirmed the internal management system documents of the team.

In addition to strengthening internal management, sports director Bella also conducted the second phase of the season’s psychological training and tutoring for players, with the purpose of dealing with various difficulties that may arise under the intensive schedule in June, and aiming to enable players to establish strong confidence at the spiritual level and be mentally prepared to face difficulties.

When Wang Shangyuan and Zhou Yuande return to the team, and other wounded people resume training one after another, the team will welcome the two-line battle with a relatively neat personnel reserve.
