All 12 promotion teams were produced, including the top two in each group in the second round (alphabetical order):

Bermuda, Costa Rica, Curaca, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago. These teams will be divided into 3 groups, each with 4 teams.

The final round will be held on the international match days in September, October and November 2025, with a home and away double cycle system, with each team playing 6 games. Fourth level (10-12): Nicaragua (10), Suriname (11), Bermuda (12)

The first team drawn in the first level enters Group A1, the second team enters Group B1, and the third team enters Group C1.
