1BSPORTS 1B Sports June 15th The opening match of the Club World Cup, Miami International tied the Cairo Nationals 0-0. After the game, Cairo National Coach Jose Rivero, who took over the team in May, was interviewed by DAZN.
“It was a game full of mistakes. We created a lot of opportunities in the first half, but in the second half, our defense may have been lower than expected, giving the opponent an advantage in possession of the ball. Despite this, there are still many positive aspects of this game and there are also many things to improve.”
“But we felt like we were playing in Cairo, which was a big surprise. This is my first official game as the Cairo National Coach, but in the United States, it seems to be playing at home. This kind of thing will only happen in this club. I hope we can bring you a victory next time.”
