1BSPORTS 1B Sports June 15th News Recently, in an interview, Cascarino talked about Foden’s prospects at Manchester City. He believes Foden has the possibility of joining Arsenal.
When asked if it was possible for Gralish to join Arsenal, Cascarino said: “No, I think Foden is more likely, and it’s clear that Arteta has worked with Foden at Manchester City. For some reason, Foden’s performance this season has not met what we expected of him.”
“From the England Journalists Association Player of the Year last season, to the performance this season, it’s really a bit inconsistent. Given the current situation and the large investment in capital, I wouldn’t be surprised if Foden was allowed to transfer.”
“As for whether City would let him go to Arsenal, I don’t know, but they did have Jesus and Zinchenko join Arsenal before. If Arsenal can get Foden, I think Arteta will seriously consider it.”
