1BSPORTS 1B Sports June 15th Manchester United legend and former Ajax CEO Van der Sar called on the Red Devils to let Anthony return to the team.
Anthony performed well after being loaned to Betis in the second half of the season. Van der Sar said: “Luckily, I no longer hold a position that needs to decide on the club’s signing. But they are now in the right direction to sign more mature strikers, and they may buy another one in the future.”
“The two players introduced in the winter window are very good. As long as the coach is trusted enough, the team should be fine.”
“Maybe Garnacho will leave the team? I want me to say I should call Anthony back, but I’m not sure whether this idea is realistic.”
